How to book Scholes Village Hall<\/strong> CIO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scholes Village Hall CIO is available for hire throughout the year for regular bookings, children’s parties, and events, from 8.00 am to 9.30 pm.  Entertainment and events must finish by 9.30 pm, with an additional 30 minutes available for the purposes of cleaning up only. Sadly, we are unable to accept evening party bookings at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To hire the Hall for an event it could not be easier, simply check the availability of the hall in the diary below and select the date and times required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be asked to provide information about your booking and before the booking is ‘Confirmed’ you will be asked to provide a copy of any 3rd party entertainer, or suppliers public liability insurance. Please describe your event accurately to prevent it from being rejected and review the Charges Information document below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note the following are NOT allowed at the hall. Bouncy castles and other inflatable devices, passenger-carrying amusement devices, animal rides of any kind, individual exhibitions valued at over \u00a3250,000, firework displays, or bonfires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total fee is payable within 14 days of booking.  This will include a ‘Damage Deposit’. Please allow time to set up and clear away in calculating the hours required for your booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BOOKINGS ARE PROVISIONAL UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED IN FULL AND MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you would like to look around before making a booking please call the Caretaker on 07946 818812 to arrange a mutually suitable time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note the Hirer must be over 21 years of age and is responsible for ensuring that the Terms and Conditions of Hire (shown below) are understood and adhered to by all persons using the Premises during the period of hire. Your application to use Scholes Village Hall CIO is an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
