To hire the Hall for an event it could not be easier, simply check the availability of the hall in the Booking Diary below and select the date and times required.
When making a booking, you will be asked to provide details about your event. Before your booking can be confirmed, you may also be asked to provide a copy of the public liability insurance for any third-party entertainers or suppliers attending your event.
Please describe your event as accurately as possible to help us process your booking and avoid delays or rejection. Before booking, please also review the Charges Information document below.
Charges Information
Please note that the following are not permitted at Scholes Village Hall CIO:
- Bouncy castles or other inflatable devices
- Passenger-carrying amusement devices
- Animal rides of any kind
- Individual exhibitions valued at over £250,000
- Firework displays
- Bonfires
The total hire fee must be paid within 14 days of booking. A damage deposit will also be required on the day of your event. Please remember to include any time needed for setting up and clearing away when calculating the hours required for your booking.
All bookings remain provisional until payment has been received in full. Full payment must be received no later than 30 days before your event.
The Hirer must be over 21 years of age and is responsible for ensuring that the Terms and Conditions of Hire, shown below, are understood and followed by everyone using the premises during the hire period
